Gerald K. Barclay, professionally known as Gee-Bee, is a Liberian-born director, producer, writer, cinematographer, and author whose powerful visual storytelling spans over three decades. He began his filmmaking career in 1990 on iconic sets such as Jungle Fever and King of New York, and has since carved out a legacy working with some of the most influential names in hip-hop culture.

Gee-Bee has directed hundreds of music videos for artists including the Wu-Tang Clan, Master P, Snoop Dogg, Big Pun, Bounty Killa, and The Gap Band. His documentary and feature work includes Wu: The Story of the Wu-Tang Clan, BLOODY STREETZ, Fatima’s Revenge, and LIBERIA: The Love of Liberty Brought Us Here. His recent projects include A Wu-Tang Experience: Live at Red Rocks Amphitheater and Life or Death: The Silky Slim Story, executive produced by Benjamin Crump.

Currently, Gee-Bee is developing No Not Me, a powerful film on female circumcision in Liberia, and Killa Hill, a docuseries on the crack epidemic’s legacy in Staten Island’s Park Hill neighborhood.
