Mr. Raphael Holloway serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Gateway Center. Mr. Holloway is an accomplished leader with 30 years of experience in the social service arena specializing in behavioral health, re-entry, homelessness, child welfare and public health sectors.
Mr. Holloway is a proven professional with expertise in mobilizing communities, cultivating resources, and creating collaborations between multiple groups (private and public) with seemingly divergent objectives and differing priorities towards a common goal.
Mr. Holloway serves on several local non-profit boards including Open Doors, Atlanta Fire and Rescue Foundation, and the Community Advisory Board for Agape Youth & Family Center.
A native of Toledo, OH, Raphael received his B.A. in Child and Family Services and M.A in Mental Health Counseling from Bowling Green State University.
